This agreement serves as the official commitment of your team to participate in the upcoming basketball season for the TEBA League. By signing this contract, your team agrees to the following obligations and terms:
### 1. **Commitment to Compete**
Your team, hereby commits to participate in the upcoming TEBA League basketball season, which will last for a period of three (3) months.
2. **Registration Fee**
Your team agrees to pay a non-refundable registration fee of **$2,625**. This fee must be paid via a monthly payment plan. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your team’s spot in the league.
3. **Uniform Requirements**
Your team is required to display the official TEBA League logo on all team uniforms. A diagram will be provided by the league for proper logo placement. It is the team’s responsibility to ensure compliance with this uniform requirement.
4. **Team Operational Costs**
Teams are responsible for covering all operational costs associated with participation in the league, including but not limited to:
– **Local Thai Player Salaries:** Payment for local Thai players per game, ranging from **$26 to $40 per player**.
– **Import Player Salaries:** Teams are responsible for negotiating and covering salaries for imported players.
– **Visa Fees for Imports:** Teams must cover the visa cost of **$115** per import player.
– **Living Accommodations & Food:** Teams must provide suitable living quarters and meals for their imported players throughout the season.
5. **League Covered Costs**
The TEBA League will cover the following game day costs:
– Film production and review
– Statistical tracking
– In-game staff (referees, scorekeepers, etc.)
– Gym rental fees for official games
6. **Team Fee Agreement**
Your team, **[Team Name]**, agrees to pay the league fee of **$2,625** on or before the start of the season.
7. **Renewal or Renegotiation**
Upon successful completion of the season, both your team and the TEBA League may choose to either renew or renegotiate this agreement for future seasons.
